The research substantiates theoretically and in practice the
possibility of producing the materials with enhanced damping properties
in a system Na2 O-CaO-Al2 O3- SiO2 -H2O due to directed synthesis of
both low basic calcium silicate hydrates (CSH), and zeolite-like
new-formation of faujasite group, which are to possess a great
quantities of water in pores and to play as dampfers of the inner
stresses. The optimal formulation developed of the combined binders
and concretes made with them have been studied. These concretes were
found to fueature the enhanced damping properties and
vibration-resistance. The bases of manufacturing technology for the
developed materials have been elaborated. The results of research are
put on commercial scale.
