The lipid peroxidation and the antioxidant enzyme activity in fish under the influence of different toxic factors. - Manuscript. In the dissertation some data about the activity of basic antioxidant enzymes and the amount of lipid peroxidation products in carp’s organism under the influence of toxicants and unfavourable factors of water environment are represented. It is established, that toxicants assist to accumulate mainly secondary products of lipid peroxidation (TBA-reactive substances) in liver and blood. Unidirectional changes in the activity of antioxidant enzymes have not been found. The tissue specificity of peroxidase and also a high sensitivity of peroxidase of blood to the influence of toxicants. For the integrated estimation of the influence of unfavourable factors for fish “the coefficient of antioxidant state” was suggested.
