Ohis work is devoted to the problems of the development of industrial
production on the basis of innovative activity. In this work it was
learned and generalized the native and foreign experience of the
formation of industrial policy. The concept of the level development
innovation of economie’s members is formulated. In this reseach there
were suggested classification of the enterprises, which carry on
innovative activity. These classifications add to the traditional
classification with such signs: predominate type of innovations and
depth of elabarations innovations.

The index system and methodics of this level eppraisement were worked
out and recomendations were given to innovative strategies forming. The
complex of measures on marketing of the scientific-technical results was
defined in this work.
