Dissertation presented for the scientific degree of candidate of

Dissertation is devoted to the research of age peculiarities of
antioxidant defence swine system in the early period of postnatal
ontogenese. It was found that during the first 10-days in parenchymatous
organs of new-born piglings intensivelly pass the process of peroxide
lipid oxidation and also coming the specifical tissues formation of
antioxidant system. It was shown prooxidant influence on the ferrous
combinations (dextrofer) and antioxidant action of sodium selenite to
the postnatal adaptation in piglings tissues in the first days after
birth. The combination of interior muscles introducing in the early
postnatal period dextrofer and sodium selenite proposed such as
prophylaxy method against arising in them anaemia, and oxidant stresses.
The main conclusions of the work have found the using in swine industry
with the object of rising preservation of vitality and intensivity of
piglings growth during the early ontogenesis period.
