ANNOTATION

Mashtalir M.A. Intertissue relationship’s development on rat heart in
early ontogenesis.- Manuscript.

Thesis for a candidate’s degree by speciality 14.03.01 – normal
anatomy.- Kharkov State Medical University, Kharkov, 1998.

The dissertation is devoted to some aspects of relationship’s formation
between different tissue components in left ventricular myocardium of
rat heart. There is established the clear connection between
differentiation of connective tissue, energetic metabolism and
quantitative characteristics of myocardial structure. There are
determined the types of intertissue relationship on rat heart and
chronology of their realization. The role of myocyte surface receptors
to PNA and UeA lectins is elucidated. Suggested complex of quantitative
morphological and histochemical methods give a possibility to analyse
deeper the intertissue relationship in different organs and tissues.
