The dissertation is devoted to development and research of new methods
of minimization of resistive-recombination and optical losses in silicon
solar cells (SC) with diffused and induced p-n junctions. For reduction
of resistive-recombination losses in SC with induced p-n junction its
offered to use external bias. The substantiation of efficiency and
directions of practical use of the given method is carried out. The
minimization of optical losses are offered to by reaching by
introduction in silicon SC structure of porous silicon (por-Si) layers.
For improvement of antireflecting properties of por-Si the optimization
of technology of its electrochemical formation is carried out. Essential
improvement of passivation properties of this material is achieved due
to the developed method of an electrochemical hydrogenation. Efficiency
of use of hydrogenated por-Si for minimization of optical losses in
structures of mono- and multicrystalline silicon SC is experimentally
confirmed.
