Dissertation to receive of a scientific degree of the candidate of
technical sciences on a speciality 01.05.02 – “Mathematical modeling and
computing methods”. – Ternopil state technical universyte, Ternopil,

The dissertation is devoted to a solution of an actual problem of
development both use of methods and means of technical diagnostics and
mathematical models for the substantiation of algorithms of a decision
making for want of diagnosing machine-tools of a complex from the
numerical control with the purpose of increase of efficiency both
reliability of work to a complex and quality of details, treated on it.
In work the known criterions of an evaluation of efficiency of the
process equipment are analysed, their dignities and defects are
determined. The mathematical functional – statistical model of a system
” object of diagnosing – system of diagnosing ” is offered and the new
functional – statistical criterion most completely describing object and
system of diagnosing is developed. The system engineering of diagnosing
machine-tools of a complex from the numerical control consisting of
subsystems of monitoring, operating and item diagnosing,
self-diagnosing giving a possibility of increase of an overall
performance of the equipment and quality of details, treated by the
machine tool is argued. The mathematical models of algorithms of a
decision making in two -, three and multialternative situations for want
of diagnosing machine-tools of a complex from the numerical control in
conditions of actual production for want of manufacturing and turning of
bearings are developed. Because of theoretical conclusions the
test-diagnostic stand mapping work of a system of diagnosing
machine-tools of a complex and ensuring increase of efficiency and
reliability it of work is offered. The outcomes of work have passed
industrial approbation.
