The dissertation presented for defence and 10 scientific publications contain the results of complex clinical and imunological studies based of comparative estimation of dynamic fundamental stage of natural cytotoxicity in connection with immune factors in patients with duodenal ulcer (DU). It is established that the stage of clinical and morphological manifestation of DU accompains various changes in mechanisms of natural cytotoxicity: activation initial cytotoxic stage, high lytic activity of single natural killer cells in patients of the nosological control group and hyperactivation state of natural killer cells in clean-up workers of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident suffering from DU. The diagnostic and prognostic meaning of natural cytotoxicity for estimation of disesae time-course, ulcer dimentions, reparative capacities were established. Atypical dynamics of natural cytotoxicity in patients of basic group was defined.Based on the obtained results it can be concluded that immunological changes in the above mentioned contingents can be interpreted as a negative factors in the pathogenesis of DU.The results of the work were of practical utility in the immunological observation and formation risk group of the natural cytotoxicity deficiency in different cohorts of disaster victims.
