Synthesis of biologically active ureas, thioureas, sulfonamides and
other derivatives has been carried out on basis of amines that include
fragments of norbornane, norbornene, adamantane. Criteria of
stoichiometric identification of ureas and thioureas that involve
bicyclic fragments under NMR 1H – spectra have been proposed. The
dependence of the course of a reaction of epoxidation of
stoichiometrically separate ureas based on exo-(and
endo-)bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-en-5-methylamines on the orientation of a
substituent of the bicyclic fragment has been established. N-alkylation
and N-acylation of thiourea and sulfonamides with norbornane and
norbornene fragments in conditions of phase-transfer catalysis have been
carried out. New compounds, which show promise as fungicides,
bactericides, plant growth stimulators, have been found among salts of
amines and ureas. Change of pharmacological activity in the group of
nitroderivatives of sulfonamides that include bicyclic fragment has been
investigated. Effective remedy “helenin” that show high tranquilizing
and anticonvulsant activity has been offered.
