Gusakova N. M. Pedagogical conditions of formation creative
personality of amateurish theatre union producer.

Scientific work is devoted to the complex research of formation a
creative personality of amateurish theatre union producer problem.
Theoretical model of creative personality of producer-teacher is
developed in this research. Pedagogic conditions of raising
effectiveness of preparing future producer-teacher for doing
polyfunctional work in amateurish theatre unions are well-grounded and
experimentally-proved.

Main results of the research are used in teaching-up-bringing process of
high humanitarian education, in organisation and methods of
cultural-enlightened activity in amateurish unions.

In this scientific work one examines the meanings and peculiarities of
key concepts, such as “creativity”, “creative activity”, “creative
personality”, as well as terms of “functions of producer-teacher”,
”social-cultural sphere”, “amateurish theatre union” are defined more
exactly.

Versatile activity of producer as a teacher is examined. This work gives
new adequate requirements to possibilities of creativeness,
peculiarities of characteristics and skills of formation of tezaurus of
knowledge of the future specialists, their mobile usage in new and not
standard conditions, giving evidences of scientific-pedagogical style of
thinking, real readiness for solving pedagogic problems in sociocultural
environment.

Theoretical model of creative personality of teacher-producer is worked
out in the research. Its entire structure defines some sub-structures:
direction of personality, individual cultural peculiarities
(experience); characteristics and skills of personality,
self-creativeness of personality. Orientation on the theoretical model
gives a possibility to fulfil regulative function in pedagogic
management of creative development of the future producer of amateurish
theatre union in the process of producer development as a professional,
teacher, and creator.

On the basis of criterional-evaluational approach for the formation of
creative producer-teacher personality, this scientific work works out
and gives characteristics of its level indices: creative,
reconstructive, and reproductional.

Level of student’s readiness for social-cultural activity in amateurish
theatre unions is analyzed. Different characteristics of components of
creative personality of future producer-teacher formation are defined,
which gives reasons to say that there is a necessity of
pedagogical-directed teaching on the basis of productive methods.

It is proved by researches that the intensity of the process of
formation a creative personality of producer-teacher is guaranteed by
the following conditions:

· realisation of the course “Pedagogics of amateurish theatre
activity” in program of teaching in high educational establishments,
developed by the author;

· carrying out intercoordinational relations with profile courses;

· integration of producer courses and psychological-pedagogical cycles;

· successful co-operation creative process with cultural-up-bringing
activity in amateurish theatre union;

· management of this process from scientific-based positions as united
organisational pedagogic system;

According to its ideas, principles, content, and technology of studying,
provided pedagogic conditions guarantee the effectiveness of preparing
producer-teachers for making different social-cultural activities in
amateurish theatre unions.

It is proved in the research that in the process of practice made by
student-producers they were able to do a polyfuctional character of
creative activity in amateurish theatre union. Following functions are
characterised: prognosis, diagnostic, organisational, up-bringing,
educational, analytical-research, communicative, and enlightened.

Usage of different-topics repertory provides the raising of
effectiveness of creative activity of future producers which makes some
influence on activity of amateurish theatre unions participants, on
formation of their knowledge, skills and creative co-operation with
partners, and on development a positive moral-psychological climate in
collectives.

Management of the process of formation a creative personality of
producer-teacher favoured to strengthen humanist student’s positions,
which revealed in the process of social-cultural activity in amateurish
theatre unions.

The research gives quantitative and quality analysis of experimental
results which supports the necessity of provided organisational –
methodical system in which dominates the formation of creative
personality of producer-teacher while getting a high education and in
practical management of amateurish theatre unions.

The dissertation is finished by conclusions, which generalize the
results of scientific research, list of used sources, and additional
material.
