The dissertation for the scientific degree of the Candidate of
Pedagogical sc?nces on the speciality 13.00.02 – theory and methods of
studying Ukrainian Literature. Institute of Pedagogic of the Academy of
Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 1999.

Theoreticaly grounded and experimantaly tested system of work of forming
the patriotic education of senior pupils in the process of fiction
literature studying is presented in dissertation research. It deals
mainly with forming of pupils’ patriotic feelings at different stages of
studying by means of modern forms, methods and ways of education
activity. The research offers a new approach to the solving this
definite problem.
