ABSTRACT

Andreev S.M. Evaluation of the professional training level of the flight
personnel in the course of initial training. -Manuscript.

05.01.04 – ergonomic. Kharkiv State Technical University of Construction
and Architecture, 1999.

In this work the author formulated and solved the problem of complex
evaluation of the professional training level of flight personnel that
allows to give maximum reflection of its connection with all kinds of
training in the course of initial training. On the basis of the theory
of information the author worked out a mathematical model of a pilot’s
training. The author solved the problem of how to optimize the parameter
of pilot’s ability to learn.

Experimental research proved reliability of the model and showed higt
efficiency of the offered methods of complex evaluation of flight
personnel professional training.

This mathematical model can be used by training and retraining for any
flying vehicle as a basis for planning and prognostication of flight
personnel professional training, choosing the necessary methods of
teaching and also determining periodicity for practical training by
types of training.
