Kudinova N.V. Features of labour motivation in conditions of various
patterns of ownership during transformation of a Ukrainian community.

In the dissertation the features of activity of the state, private and
joint-stock enterprises are considered, the analysis of the labour
motivation theories is given. Ohe influence of political and
socio-economic processes on labour motivation ?n Ukraine is shown. The
model of labour activity of the working enterprises of various patterns
of ownership is developed. The factors determining motives and stimulus
of labour activity of the workers of the state, private and joint-stock
enterprises are investigated.

The appropriate conclusions are made and the practical recommendations
for improvement of activity of the enterprises of various patterns of
ownership in conditions of new political nhanges are developed.
