The dissertation for a scientific degree of the candidate of medical
sciences on a speciality 14.01.02 — internal diseases. — Lugansk state
medical university, Lugansk, 1999.

The dissertation includes results of complex clinico-immune, biochemical
and tool inspection of 208 patients with chronic hepatitis. It was
established, that the inclusion of a complex of natrii nucleinas and
splenini under the offered circuit in addition to the standard methods
of therapy CG raises efficiency of treatment, promotes to faster
approach of regression of generalinfectioas and local displays of
disease, achievement high-grade clinical remission, and also liquidation
of initially revealed biochemical and immune shifts. Less expressed
dynamics of the investigated parameters marked at heavy current CG and
combination them from a chronic pathology of hepatobiliar system. Use of
a combination of natrii nucleinas and splenini causes normalization of
immune parameters at 61,8 % of the surveyed patients and their essential
improvement — at 31,4%. In group of the patients, which have received
natrii nucleinas and splenini in 2,0 times is more often, than at
treatment by the standard ways, is marked achievement proof
clinico-biochemical remission of CG by duration not less than one year
already after a unitary rate of therapy; 19,9 % of the patients required
repeated realization 1-2 rates of treatment with inclusion natrii
nucleinas and splenini.
