The thesis is devoted to questions of increase of surgical treatment efficiency of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. As a result of studying the follow-up of various methods prostatectomy is established, that the choice of management for benign prostatic hyperplasia and monitoring for medical rehabilitation of patients should be made individually in view of a degree of bladder outlet obstruction (S1-3), data of uroflowmetry (U1-3), volume (P1-3) and pattern of prostate grow, and with accounting of complications and accompanying diseases. The classification of degrees of bladder outlet obstruction is applied, the differential approach to a choice of medical tactics at the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia was grounded. Application of apparatus for set sutures on urethra advances the technique of retropubic prostatectomy at stage of formation urethrovesical anastomosis. Indications for various ways prostatectomy are developed and are applied in practice.
