A N N O T A T I O N Stelmakh O. E. Clinico-pathogenic aspects of appliance enterosorbtion and immunocorrection in complex treatment of purulent adnexitis. The thesis for the Medical Sciences candidate degree on spesiality 14. 01. 01. - Obstetrics and Gynecology. Ternopol State Medical Academy. 1999. The aim of the work was clinico-pathogenical substantiation of appliance the enterosorbtnt Syllard-P with eshinacea ifusion in women with purulent damage of uterine appendages and determination of the efficacy in complex treatment of the patients. It was ascertain the presense of the syndrome of endogenic intoxication, infringement deviation of immunological resistence of an organism and a balance between lipid peroxidation and antioxydant protection system. New data were determined about dynamics indeces of endogenic intoxication, cell’s, humoral brunch of immunity, lipid peroxidation and antioxydant protection system on the ground of enterosorbtion and immunomodulator appliance. Patients with purulent damage of uterine appendages have the grouth of indeces of endogenic intoxication, the lowering quantity of T-cells due to T-lymphocytes’ subpopulations and increasing a relative contain of B-cells, serum levels of the immunoglobulins A, M, G, inlargement of the activity of lipid peroxydation processes, that require medicamentous correction. Traditional treatment does not normalize foregoing indeces. It was proved, that the usage of silicon organic sorbent with echinacea purpurea in complex therapy of purulent adnexitis at the same time with rapid disappearence of intoxycation symptoms stipulate for normalization of leucocytis’ index of intoxycation, middle molecules, paramecium’s test, circulated immune resistence, lipid peroxydation. The addition of enterosorbtion with echinacea infusion to traditional treatment promoted restoration balance of lipid peroxydation processes and antioxydant protection system, normalize the quantity of T- and B-lymphocytes, the immunoglobulins A, M, G, lowering manifestation of endogenous intoxycation. Enterosorbent Syllard-P in daily doses one hundred - one hundred fifty miligrammes per kilogramm of patient’s weight with fifteen drops of echinacea purpurea infusion for one dose was given. The duration of this treatment course lasted 5-6 days. Any accessory phenomenous were not observed.The suggested complex treatment method of the women with purulent damage of uterine appendages by application of enterosorbtion with immunomodulator - echinacea hastens normalization of body temperature, quontity of leukocyties, leukocyties’ formula, reduces endogenic intoxycation, assists at stabilization of immune system, indeces of lipid peroxydation and antioxydant protection system, decrease the quontity of postoperation complications and reduces terms of stationary treatment.
