The results of theoretical and experimental investigations, which were
carried out for ellaboration of three principly new technologies such as
technology of magnesium oxide from wasted magnesium chloride solutions,
technology of unchloride potassium fertilizers from chloride-contains
semi-finished product (shoenite) and technology of combined processing
of waste stored potassium production solutions are defended. There have
been grounded the methodalogical principles for selective organic
reagents and solvents use, which made it possible to obtaine
high-quality final products with high yield, as well as to provide the
economy of resoures and energy and solve some environmental problems.
The proposed technologies were tested by use of industrial,
experimental and laboratory installations. The information of their
economic effectiveness is presented.

Presented dissertation material was published in 66 scientific works and
10 author’s evidences.
