The thesis is devoted to development of new physical and mathematical model of storm zones connected to atmospheric fronts. The offered model of storm zones is based on the theory of Karman’s line-ups. The technique of the diagnosis of marine storm basing on a Arakava’s modern technique with application of an information from the artificial satellites of the Earth is developed. The main outcomes of the work have found a use in the operating practical activity of meteorological subdividings of the Ministry of the defense and can become a basis for development of the more modern hydrodynamic models .
