The thesis is devoted to the issues of labour resources structure
formation under conditions of setting up market relations of employment
in the Ukrain. New organizational and methodical approaches towards
labour resources structure formation, which would meet up-todate
production requirements are suggested. Basic theoretical propositions
are embodied in: suggestions providing higher organizational and
methodical level of employment centres work and phycological readiness
of population to work under market conditions; methodical
recommendations for predicting professional and functionary personnel
structure in region and organization of professional training
(retraining) of unemployed.
