Olekseyenko N.V. Formation of structure of composite-material on the
basis of granule of carbide boron with ( Ti-Ni-Mo) binder.

The thesis on gaining the scientific degree of the candidate of
technical sciences on specialty 05.10.06 — the powder metallurgy &
composite materials — Institute of Materials Science National Academy of
Ukraine, 1999.

The thesis is dedicated to the learning of the phase-formation on
forming the composite material on the basis of granules of carbide boron
in size up to 150 ( with titanium-nickel-molybdenum binder. The phase
formation of the binder of the composition is studied, the diffusion
character of the formation of the transition zone of granule of
carbide-metallic binder is set up. The computer modeling of the
process of the formation of diffusion transition zone of
carbide-boron-metallic binder in CM B4C-(Ti-Ni-Mo) is accomplished. On
the basis of found laws & peculiarities of the influence of dispersed
strengthened addition of lanthanum sorrel acid salt on the structure of
the investigated material the recommendation on the way of improvement
of the mechanical properties of the material are given.
