The technological conditions fabrication of halogen-contained
high-temperature supercon-ductors (HTSC) and hybrid contact structures
as a «HTSC – oxygencontained semiconductor » are developed. The complex
researches of physical properties of the halogen-contained
supercon-ducting oxocoopers of yttrium and bismuth systems, and related
by it bismuth oxyhalogenides se-miconducting crystals are carried out.
It is established that the doping of fluorine in a matrix of bismuth
superconducting oxycoopers improves some critical parameters. The
influence of ionizing radiation on critical and microscopic parameters
of a yttrium HTSC system is examined. The new type of hybrid contact
structures of «high-temperature superconductor – oxygencontained
semi-conductor » type is developed.
