The thesis is devoted to the topic of strategic planning topics for
mobile communication companies. The modified methodic of strategy
development according to the branch specifics is proposed. It has been
determined that the economic financial criteria, which are directed to
the strategic goals of the enterprise in the actual market environment,
should stipulate the strategy effectiveness. The methodic for the sales
promotion and market demands analysis, based on it have been developed.
This methodic is an effective tool for pricing policy improvement for
the achievement of strategic goals.

The results of the work have been the practically applied during the
strategy elaboration for the national mobile communication operator
“Ukrainian Mobile Communications”, which is the leader of the Ukrainian
