production to qualitative raw materials for synthesizing cement clinker.
The author has proposed the method of processing, elaborated basic
mechanisms of processes and created mathematical models. On the basis of
such studies it was assumed apparatus technological circuits for this
process. Properties of conversion sludge have been thoroughly
investigated; it was proved effectiveness of its using in cement
production.

Results of work have been phased in Sterlitamac JSC «Niaea» with an
economic effect 820 thousand ruble.
