The diffusion flow of vacancies in BCC phase of crystals 3He, near to melting curve in interval of temperatures 0.45 - 0.7 K and interval of molar volumes: 23,30 - 24,60 ni3/mole is investigated in the dissertation. The data for the self-diffusion coefficient for atom, the diffusion coefficient for vacancies, and the volume of formation of the vacancies are obtained.
