Theoretical and practical approaches to the cloning based on the production of chimerical embryos with the using of cells of ameiotic parthenogenones had been working out. Possibility of parthenogenetic cow embryos production under conditions of inhibition of the 1st polar body extrusion and physiological maturation of oocytes had been established. Monozygotic twin-calves had been produced after embryo splitting including without the using of micromanipulators. Clones of reconstituted rabbit and bovine blastocysts had been obtained after the transfer of morula nuclei to ooplasts. It had been proved that OPU-embryos could develop in vitro to blastocyst stage with the same difference as the oocytes from slaughtered cow ovaries. Cytogenetic analysis of oocytes and embryos had been carried out; metaphase chromosomes of bull spermatozoa had been obtained.
