The work contains the analysis of modern state of developing countries
in the system of international economy and the ways of their entering
the world one. Two types of development models have been considered.
The determination of transnationalization of productional activity has
been given. Main trends of introduction of developing countries into
the system of world-economy connections were noted.

Key words: the developing countries; inclusion in an international
division of labour.
