The dissertation is dealing with energy spectrum of electrons, Hall’s
conductivity and the high frequency properties of non-symmetrical
two-layer two-dimensional electron systems in quantizing magnetic field
in the regime of integer quantum Hall effect. It has been found out
that the peculiarities of energy spectrum of electrons in such systems
lead to the effect of vanishing Hall’s plateaux both with even and odd
integer values of the Landau’s level filling factors. It has been shown
that this effect is the cause of a number of new high frequency
effects: the emergence of the step of maximum value on the line of
cyclotron resonance, quantizing of the coefficients of deceleration and
damping surface polaritons and quantizing of spectrum density and the
transition surface polaritons radiation energy by the charge,
intersecting the structure investigated.
