The thesis deals with the problems of units commanders of the Border
Guard Troops of Ukraine personal educational improvement. It
incorporates historical pedagogical analysis of its state, ways of
improvement due to the development of relevant knowledge vested in
commanders pedagogical skills and habits of personal work, development
of methodology of personal educational work, use of estimation of
methodology intended to measure a state of personal educational work.
