Taking into account the place and the role of interviewing in the system
of procedural methods of having witness information and social
conditions of crime combatting the procedural, organized and tactical
problems of its improvement are considered in this thesis. In this
scientific-investigative work are coved some essential topics : the
notion of criminal techniques; division of techniques of investigator`s
activities and rules of rational practisizing investigator`s
activities; notion of crime activity, techniques; criteria of
appreciation of being a law and due to using technique methods; bases
and aims of systematization of tactic methods of interviewing; measures
of personal protection, which helps investigation; tasks and ways of
improvement of investigation procedure; economy of remedial means,
remedial terms shortening and volume recordings of investigation
reduction in particular the matter about broadening of record form of
retrial preparation of criminal case materials and increase of a number
of investigatory activities which are not connected to real application
of compulsive remedial measures and are admitted at a stage of procedure
when the criminal case is starting: establishments of the status of the
interrogation recording to the explanations of citizens; necessity of
verification of innovations in experimental conditions offered in the
field of criminal procedure.
