The thesis is devoted to the subject of management production enterprise
under the market conditions. In thesis has been worked out he new
approach to methodology of management of social-enonomik systems. Which
is based on the conception of modern produntion management. The
organized-economic models of the functioned management has been worked
out as subsystems of general system of production management wich gives
the possibility to build up a new organized structure of enterprise
management and to apply the economic mechanism , its function under
market.

The main results of work were put into practice in the restructurization
of industrial enterprise.
