The problem of industrial wastes use for production of low-burning
gypsum and mixed binders and composite materials on it’s basis is
considered in this dissertation work.

The singularities of dehydration of the gypsum-content wastes – forms,
which were used by ?orcelain-faience production are investigated.

The mathematical description of processes occurring during dehydration
of two-water gypsum is developed. The optimum technological regime of
receiving of the gypsum binder by thermal treatment of gypsum forms
which were used by ?orcelain-faience production is defined.

The common dependent of physics-mechanical properties of mixed binder
from its content is found and the optimum binder content is defined. It
was shown, the physics-mechanical properties of optimal content GCPB are
not worsened during the aging.

The corrosion of the glass-fibre reinforcement decreases during
decreasing of inorganic matrix alkalinity. The durable composite
material on basis of optimal content GCPB and aluminium-boron-silicate
glass-fibre is developed.
