Tsymbalistyy T.O. Constitutional-legislative Status of the state border
of Ukraine, Manuscript. Candidate of jurisprudence dissertation on

The dissertation deals with unstudied problems of the legislative status
of the state borger of Ukraine in the science of constitutional law. The
theoretical problems of the state borger of Ukraine, historical grounds
of its formation are examined. The regime rules, acting in the border
area of Ukraine has been analyzed from the constitutional-legislative
point of view; state – legislative grounds of guarding of the state
boder of Ukraine have been worked out and suggsted; the responsibility
for law violation of the state border has been put in. Concusions and
proposals had been formulated, which should improve as the further
investigation of the given problems as the perfection of the mechanism
of law regulation of the state border, so the efficiensy increase of its
guarding.
