machine tools and tools. – National technical university of Ukraine «
the Kiev politechnical institute ». Kiev 1999.

The thesis is devoted to problem solving of increase of functional
requests, serviceability and service life of drills for processing bone,
which material biologically would be compatible with an organism, in the
least measure it injured, would have high corrosion stability.

The influence of different tool materials of drills to them corrosion
stability is investigated, fiber the method laser correlation spectral
analysis and thus proves expediency application of steel ?6I5 with cover
because of nitride of a titanium for manufacturing the surgical tool.

The new methods of sharpening of drills with convex, concave and clip
by cutting edges are developed. Graphically and analytically geometric
parameters of a cutting part of spiral drills for want of known
parameters of the unit of the tool of a rather grinding circle are
certain.

Because of analysis of models and experimental
researches the rational geometry of a cutting part of drills for
processing bone is established.
